Deciding who will stand next to you on your big day is very important. Below are some tips you can use to choose your wedding party and make sure everyone is happy! The first thing to consider when choosing your wedding party is to consider the size of your wedding. If you have a smaller wedding of 50 or 60 people try only four individuals on each side. If you have a larger wedding you may have up to 12 but that becomes difficult for scheduling different outings. Make sure to choose responsible wedding party members. This is YOUR big day and the last thing you need is one of your bridesmaids or groomsman to forget something important or not show up to all the necessary appointments. Also remember to think twice before you ask. Once you ask someone to be in your wedding you cannot un-ask that person. Keep an open mind but make sure you are 100% sure before asking. Make sure to ask your wedding party a few months after the engagement so that they can all stay in the loop with fittings and bachelor/bachelorette parties. Don’t feel pressured to pick certain people when deciding, keep yourself honest and pick the people who mean the most to you!
