Wish Wonder Dream has a dedicated in-house style team who works closely with our Bar/Bat Mitzvah clients to discuss and provide fun and unique ideas of themes and styles! Style services are included with our Month Of with Style and L'Chaim packages.
Additional assistance and a la carte style service can be added at any time.
MONTH OF
We created this package for the family who is excited about doing the majority of the Bar/Bat Mitzvah party planning themselves and would like to hand the reins to a seasoned professional one month before the big day. We'll make sure you've crossed every T, dotted every I, and we'll make sure all the details have been carefully considered and accounted for. On the day of your child's Bar/Bat Mitzvah party, you'll be in the best position to be fully present, trusting that your plans and your vendors are in the very best hands.

• Custom planning checklists
• Vendor touch-base
• Coordination on the day of your Bar/Bat Mitzvah by a team of coordinators.
The Bar or Bat Mitzvah "Day Of":
Prior to your Bar/Bat Mitzvah Service:
The Principal Coordinator can be available to help oversee the pre-service photography.
Post Bar/Bat Mitzvah Service (Your Reception):
The Principal Coordinator plus a team of Assistant Coordinators will arrive at the venue of the Bar or Bat Mitzvah reception between 2-3 hours prior to the start time to set up decor, check-in the team of vendors, oversee setup details, and expertly manage and execute the events of the master timeline. At the conclusion of the reception, a member of the coordination team will remain to pack up the items The Client would like to keep and to check out with your vendors and the venue's Site Manager, as applicable (up to 9 hours).

Start with the 'Month Of' package above and then add a fabulous 3-party style series with our resident Bar/Bat Mitzvah Stylist to it! Your 3 Part Style Series meetings can be scheduled at any time throughout your planning process, so you won't have to wait until the 'month of.'
A Creative Brainstorming Session to be held with your Stylist at our studio or at a convenient location for you.
A Presentation of 3 Inspiration Boards, inspired by the conversations from Meeting 1. Once you select the winning inspiration board, your Stylist will send links to all the elements displayed on the board so you can purchase/rent the items shown.
A mock-up of one of one your guest tables at your Bar/Bat Mitzvah venue. The decor and supplies will be set up in advance by your Stylist. Both your Coordinator and your Stylist will attend this meeting, so all parties involved have a clear vision for the big day!
L'CHAIM!
This package has been expertly and meticulously crafted for the family who would love full access to their Principal Coordinator through all the steps of the planning journey together. You'll rest assured that all the details of your child's Bar/Bat Mitzvah will be perfectly managed and executed on your behalf (and you're welcome to join in the planning fun as frequently or infrequently as you're able to!)
Your Principal Coordinator will share professional guidance, custom resources, fantastic referrals, budget management, and coordination assistance all along the way.
- Scouting and recommending potential venues for your Bar/Bat Mitzvah Party.
- Meeting and interviewing potential vendors.
- Phone call appointments whenever you have questions or are in need of guidance.
- Main point of contact to your vendors and to venue Site Manager or Catering Manager. You're welcome to CC your Coordinator on event-related emails or even defer all emails to your Coordinator.
- Accompaniment to up to two meal tastings.
- Review and negotiation of vendor contracts.
- Planning meetings with your venue's Site Manager (up to 5 meetings).
- Assistance with designing your Bar/Bat Mitzvah Save the Dates and Invitations through your Stationer.
- Guidance and advice as it applies to common etiquette and rituals.
- Creation of a Master Timeline, including the relevant details which the venue and vendors will require as well.
- Once the master timeline is completed, your Coordinator will make herself available for any clarifying questions or comments your venue or vendors have.
